THERMO-KON-W TYPE CONDENSERS

W type condensers are designed with the fans on top. Condensers work horizontally. It provides easy assembly with its specially designed carrier base. Copper pipe connections can be made optionally with right and left connections. Copper pipe connections are manufactured with union, flanged or welded. Optionally, manumeter and pressure geuage that are produced as assembled. There are fan hood holes suitable for all kinds of brands. Condensers are sold with or without fan according to customer request. Fan mounting holes are suitable for mounting all fan brands. W type condenser casing is manufactured from completely galvanized sheet and is painted with electrostatic epoxy powder paint. Condenser fins are produced from 200 to 130 micron thick raw or epoxy coated special alloy aluminum foil. Condenser fins are manufactured as standard or epoxy coated. Fin range from 2 mm to 3 mm height can be made in W type condensers. Edge cuts of condenser fins can be made as wavy or straight.  0.40 or 0.35 3/8 diameter copper pipes are used in W type condensers. W type condenser coils are manufactured with staggered 25-22 or 32-28 geometry. All W condensers are manufactured according to a temperature difference of 15 K. It is produced in the capacity range of 60 to 1000 kW in line with customer needs. All W type condensers produced are tested at 40 bar pressure. The test is shipped with refrigerant. All of our W type condensers work in harmony with 134, 404, 407 and 410 gases. Liquid pocket technology is used as standard in all our condenser manufacturing. The liquid pocket feature prevents the refrigerant from returning to the compressor in liquid form at low outside temperatures. In order to provide a price advantage, it is possible to order with 0.7 mm aluminum pipe.
